Return and refund policy

At Buds of Taste, we take pride in delivering 100% natural and freshly processed vegetable powders to our customers.
Because our products are perishable food items, we unfortunately do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.


No Return or Exchange Policy

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our food powders.
We cannot accept returned goods once they have left our facility, as we cannot guarantee product hygiene or quality once opened or handled outside our control.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at budsoftaste2025@gmail.com
and include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

After verification, we may:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Provide a refund in case the same item is unavailable

Refunds or replacements will only be processed for valid, verified cases of damage or incorrect items.


Non-returnable Items

Please note that the following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All food powders and edible products

  • Opened, unsealed, or used items

  • Items returned without prior communication or approval

  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they have not yet been packed or shipped.
To cancel, email budsoftaste2025@gmail.com immediately with your order ID.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
