Shipping policy

At Buds of Taste, we strive to deliver your favorite natural food powders — fresh, fast, and safely — anywhere in India.
All orders are packed with care and shipped through trusted courier partners.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.

 

Shipping Charges

We currently offer two types of delivery options based on your payment method:

Online Prepaid Orders (UPI / Card / Wallet / Net Banking / PayPal) Free Shipping No delivery charges across India
Cash on Delivery (COD) ₹100 Flat Shipping Fee COD available for selected pincodes only

COD orders are processed only after address and phone verification (if required).
Failed COD deliveries may result in account restriction for future orders.


Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment on the courier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@budsoftaste.com.


Order Not Received

If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days after dispatch:

  1. Email us at support@budsoftaste.com with your Order ID.

  2. Our team will coordinate with the courier and update you within 24–48 hours.

We ensure every order is tracked until it reaches you safely.


Delivery Address & Responsibility

Please ensure your address, pincode, and phone number are correct at checkout.
Buds of Taste will not be responsible for:

  • Delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

  • Returns resulting from repeated delivery attempts

If a shipment is returned due to these reasons, we can reship it after collecting the ₹100 reshipping fee.


Delays & External Factors

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions

  • Public holidays or transport strikes

  • Courier or regional service disruptions

We’ll always communicate any major delay proactively via email or SMS.
