The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Buds of Taste, an Indian food brand offering 100% natural vegetable powders and other related products.

By visiting our website www.budsoftaste.com (or using our Shopify store), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or make a purchase.

Buds of Taste operates this website and online store to provide customers with natural, preservative-free food products.
We are powered by Shopify, which enables us to manage online payments, checkout, and secure transactions.
These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, and information available on our site.

2. Eligibility & Account

By agreeing to these Terms:

  • You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout, including your name, address, phone, and payment details.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Products & Quality

All products sold by Buds of Taste are made from natural, plant-based ingredients without preservatives or artificial additives.
We take care to display product information, color, and packaging accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Natural differences in raw ingredients

  • Lighting, photography, or screen settings

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Your order is considered accepted only after payment confirmation and dispatch notification.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Payment fails or is flagged as suspicious

  • Incorrect pricing or product details were displayed

If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the full amount within 7–10 business days.

5. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We accept secure payments via PayPal, Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and other Shopify-supported gateways.

  • You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize Buds of Taste to charge the total order amount.

We are not responsible for any transaction failure or delay caused by payment gateway issues.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India using trusted courier services.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location.

We are not liable for delays due to courier, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.
Once dispatched, ownership and risk of the product transfer to you.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Since our products are perishable food items, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

However, in case of:

  • Damaged, leaking, or incorrect products —
    you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos.
    If verified, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.
To cancel, email budsoftaste2025@gmail.com immediately with your order ID.
Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, product names, designs, graphics, and text — is the property of Buds of Taste and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action under Indian law.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.
Payment gateways, shipping providers, or analytics tools integrated into our site may collect your data under their own privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the actions or failures of any third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buds of Taste shall not be liable for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by courier services

  • Allergic reactions, misuse, or improper storage of products

  • Customer negligence or misunderstanding of usage instructions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
